To add products to your Stripe account, go to your product catalog.
Click on the “Add product” button on the right-hand side of the screen, and fill in the following information:
- product name ;
- description and image (if applicable);
- price: select whether it’s a recurring payment (as part of a subscription, for example) or a one-off payment, enter the amount and select the currency. For recurring billing, select the billing period (monthly, every 3 months, yearly, etc.).
Finally, click on the “Add product” button at the bottom of the screen to complete the operation.
Switching from test to live mode
If you create products in test mode, here’s how to switch them to live mode:
- from your product catalog, click on the product you wish to switch to production
- in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click on the three horizontal dots next to “Edit product”, then on “Copy to live mode”.
